The challenge was designing the new units to fit in an extremely tight area and match the existing electrical and ductwork connections.

Location: Parc Somerset Luxury High-rise Condominium, Chevy Chase, MD
Background: Parc Somerset condominiums needed an update to the original Mammoth Ultraline 100% Outside Air Units that provided the conditioned outside air for the building.
Original Units: Mammoth Ultraline 100% Outside Air Units
New Units: Venmar EnergyPack 100% Outside Air Units
Results: The installation of the new Venmar EnergyPack units was successfully performed over a weekend.
